My tea room
That didn't take long! The shop over the road is empty again with a "to let" sign in the window. I bought a lottery ticket last night in the hope of raising some funds to turn it into a tea room but I didn't even get one number. Instead I have spent some time making up an artist's impression of what it could look like!

I am loving your use of pink and also the very colourful tables. The hanging baskets are a lovely touch. Bless you and your tea shop.

PS I am amused about the proportions of the cake stand, in comparison to the tea pot and indeed the table. Surely such a monstrous cake stand would cause the table to collapse? Although, on hindsight, think how much cake you could fit on it!
I would spend virtually all day every day in this tea shop
I would like you to make it reality please. I would buy a pot.
